About Brigid McIntyre

Brigid established her interior design studio while living abroad, completing projects in the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and Saudi Arabia. Her international experience has deeply influenced her design aesthetic, which emphasizes refined simplicity and cultural sensitivity.

In addition to her design work, she is a licensed Luxury Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina, where she frequently assists clients in preparing their homes for market. With a strong appreciation for the arts and culture, Brigid favors authenticity and approachability over excess and pretense, bringing both sophistication and accessibility to her work.

We go beyond aesthetics, carefully considering functionality, flow, and how each space supports our clients’ lifestyles. By learning about your daily routines, preferred art styles, hobbies, and how often you entertain or host overnight guests, we design environments that are both beautiful and deeply personal. This thoughtful approach ensures every project reflects the full spectrum of your needs and creates spaces that feel authentically your own.

    Brigid has been immersed in the world of interior design since 2005, beginning her career with luxury residential projects in Rosemary Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, and Destin. Her portfolio soon expanded internationally, with notable work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Osaka, and Riyadh—experiences that broadened her design perspective and enriched her global aesthetic. Today, she leads a network of highly skilled designers, artisans, and installers, assembling a team tailored to the unique requirements of each project to ensure exceptional results.

    We offer a free 30-minute phone or in-person consultation to discuss the project and prepare a proposal.

    Our services are priced according to the unique needs of each client. During the design phase, we typically work on a flat-fee basis. For procurement, depending on the size and nature of the project, we will charge an hourly fee, or for larger jobs, we apply a markup to the trade pricing we receive—resulting in costs that are often still below standard retail. For project management during installation, we generally charge an hourly rate. Because every project is different, we tailor our approach to ensure it aligns seamlessly with your goals and requirements.
